Melvin is the founder of the Check For Cheque Training Firm and has over 24 years’ experience in training Front Line Agents, Leaders and Managers, in both the Public and Private sectors, to achieve their organizational goals, especially during tough economic times. He is also well aware of the disciplines and problems associated with running a business process.

Before setting up Check For Cheque in 2019, Melvin worked in Commercial Sales and moved onto the Business Process Outsourcing Industry. Prior to that, Melvin marketed Timeshare and so developed a keen eye for detail in Sales, Communication and Customer Skills. He is also a Certified Psychometric Test Professional, along with a host of other Certifications.
Over the years, Melvin has designed and delivered training programmes, and has coached and motivated many management teams, groups and individuals. His training programmes are both structured and clear, designed to help delegates organize their thinking and, wherever necessary, to improve their techniques and skills.
Melvin is an experienced motivational speaker, and does active work for the underprivileged.
In his spare time Melvin enjoys cooking, travelling, swimming, watching movies and reading.
